STORY OF THE GOLF CLUB
Castellar Golf Club was founded in 1995 as a practice range named Golf Saluzzo, by a group of golfers from Saluzzo. The first driving range came on the ground of the current holes 8 and 9.
In 2002 the professional Aldo Cameran took over the practice field along with Gianluca Re, moved the driving range to the present location, and added the putting green, the pitching green and the existing structures. With the name of Golf La Morra the practice range obtained the aggregation to FIG.
In 2006 the practice field was enriched by the presence of another professional, Marco Mores, who currently teaches at the club with Cameran.
The Castellar Golf company was founded in December 2004, and in May 2007 the company F.lli Bruno Edoardo e C. sas was entrusted with the construction and maintenance of the existing 9 holes, so the golf club became a member of the Federation.
The 2010 sees the same company F.lli Bruno Edoardo e C.sas either at the forefront in the maintenance of the course, in the management of the golf club and the restructuring of the old mill due to become the new Club House.
